About Me
I'm a Lead Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience. I work across the full Inversal portfolio — Tactics and Lakai — and report directly to the COO.
I built a custom ERP by myself in 6 months that replaced 5 SaaS tools, handles 15K+ SKUs and 500+ daily transactions, and saved the company over $120K a year.
Right now I'm leading a team modernizing a 25-year-old legacy system while keeping it running with zero downtime. Most of my day is Next.js, React, Node, PostgreSQL, and Shopify.

Featured Projects
Multi-Company ERP Platform
Solo Build · 6 Months · 3 Companies
Built the whole thing myself — one ERP to replace 5 different SaaS tools across Tactics and Lakai. Handles inventory, orders, customers, and reporting all in one place.
Tactics Legacy-to-Modern Migration
Team Lead · 18 Months · Launching Apr 2026
Taking a 25+ year-old company off a completely undocumented C# system and moving it to Shopify Plus + our custom ERP. The fun part is keeping the old system running while we build the new one.
Independent Ventures
Projects I'm building on my own outside of Inversal — things I want to grow into standalone businesses.

I Work Directly With Leadership
I report to the COO and sit in on weekly strategy meetings. I don't just build what I'm told — I help decide what gets built.
Legacy Systems Don't Scare Me
Took over a 25-year-old undocumented C# codebase, documented most of it from scratch, and kept it running at 100% uptime while building the replacement.
I Pick Things Up Fast
Learned the Shopify ecosystem in 30 days and was shipping production code within 60. When I need to learn something, I learn it.
Solo or Team, Same Output
Built an entire ERP by myself in 6 months. Also lead a 4-person dev team on a major platform migration. I adjust to whatever the project needs.
I Used to Be the Customer
Years in retail and sales before engineering. I know what it's like on the other side, and it shows in what I build.
I Ship End-to-End
Design, backend, frontend, deployment, monitoring — I own the full lifecycle. No handoffs, no bottlenecks, just working software.
